The SYM R70-15 self-elevating tower crane is an up-swinging self-elevating tower crane designed and manufactured by digesting and absorbing imported foreign technology and combining it with domestic experience. The design is novel, and the structure is reasonable. The main stressing parts are all made of Q345B, and the tower section adopts self-centering, non-welded joints made of eight pieces of piece structure, which has reasonable stressing, good workmanship, convenient transportation, and fast installation. Adopting the new mechanism of upper and lower cross beam support and clamp fixing center jacking is safe and reliable.
Various safety devices are available, such as a torque limiter, a maximum working load and speed limiter, a lifting height limiter, a slewing limiter, a luffing limiter, a traveling limiter, and so on. And it can be equipped with a liquid crystal torque display according to user requirements.
The tower hoist, slewing, and luffing can also choose AC frequency conversion speed control technology for users to choose from.

The slewing mechanism adopts an OMD infinitely variable speed control system to ensure starting and braking smoothly and accurately in position. The amplitude change mechanism is driven by a multi-speed motor and reducer directly to realize three kinds of stable speeds through electrical control, low failure rates, and easy maintenance.
The lifting mechanism has the advantages of large lifting capacity, smooth lifting, fast speed and wide speed range, easy installation, and working efficiency.
The traveling mechanism consists of 4 active carts and 4 double-speed electric-driven reducers with double-acting brakes to ensure smooth starting and braking through electrical control.
